Outside of advising startups, Richard’s an avid follower of every Australian sport and a proud father of two young boys. He’s held a variety of senior roles in established financial services businesses, and innovative startups in Australia, Japan, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
Most recently Richard was a foundation executive team member of Afterpay, responsible for designing their customer decisioning algorithms, as well as being CFO when they listed on the ASX.
