Meet the team

Super

Here at TOMORROW, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. So, we have built a team that is the perfect blend of smarts and experience to create a product that we believe will change superannuation for the better.

WES HALL

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

During his time in wealth management, Wes noticed the big corporates weren’t adapting quick enough to consumer expectations. Tired of being pressured into suiting up, he swapped his suit for a pair of jeans and launched TOMORROW. It’s a safe bet you’ll find Wes at the MCG during AFL season backing his beloved Demons.

SABIR SAMTANI

Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer

Although he grew up in India, our resident creative is a Sydney cliché. He lives in Bondi, barracks for the Swans and has spent the last ten years running a digital marketing agency. He knows more than he lets on, having worked with multinational and start-up brands over his time in the industry. Also, did you notice he has really nice hair?

TRISTAN LASZOK

Head of Product

The last twenty-five years have been relatively busy in Tristan’s world. He’s watched the Super industry transform, built investment and Super products (#selfpromotion) and welcomed four children. Although he’d rather live out of a suitcase, he’s currently working to make Super more relevant for his kids’ future. Go ‘SuperDad’.

LAMBROS PHOTIOS

Chief Technology Officer

A software engineer of more than 10 years working with businesses such as EY, ANZ and IAG, Lambros saw an opportunity to build a team around his deep technical knowledge creating an AFR Fast Starter. Despite the team's eagerness to follow the AFL, Lambros is a lifelong Rabbitohs fan.

ANNE FITZGERALD

Head of Compliance

After many years spent in senior roles in big wealth management companies working in financial advice, superannuation and insurance businesses, Anne made a move to TOMORROW. Why? She moved because she wants to see a high quality superannuation offering delivered in a way that is meaningful to customers, (for a change) so that they are capable of making more informed decisions about their retirement savings. Native to Sydney, in her spare time Anne can generally be found on the tennis court or in the gym.

Kate sees her retirement filled with Croatian sailing adventures, until then, she will continue specialising in financial services, product distribution, operations and strategic key account management. Or you’ll find her online shopping. Again.

MEGAN LAMPH

Content Manager

Finding comfort in wearing her R.M.’s in Newtown instead of the sheep yards, this country girl feels right at home in the big smoke. You’ll always find her online and crafting content, as she puts that HECS debt to good use. Meg regularly passes on smashed avo so she can add to her future savings.

EMMA SAMPSON

Designer

After coming to terms with the fact she may never own a home in the Harbour City, Emma has since been educated on the importance of compound interest. She now spends her days creating designs as she waits for her nest egg to grow.
